Live Oak Friends Meeting adopted the following minute at its December 1995 Meeting for Worship with Attention to Business.

Minute 1995-12 #01:

Live Oak Friends appreciate diversity in our community and welcome all who share our search for Truth. We recognize the Light in all sincere, loving, supportive relationships in which faith, hope, love and truth abide.

Upon request, Live Oak Friends Meeting will recognize same-gender marriages through the same careful process we customarily use to arrive at clearness for marriage for any couple who wish to unite under our care.
